Provide Suggestion
If in the interview the interviewer ask to specify the weak areas of the person in his or her current job what answers could be given. Someone suggestions are needed.

This is a very sensitive question that must be answered with much care. One must take care not to mention some of the areas like negligence attitude, integrity loss and so on, They can make a general statement like they feel like more improvement is needed on their work and so on.

Joel it was a very good suggestion. It really gave me a insight on what all I need to remember while facing such questions and answering those.

Whenever you answer this type of sensitive questions,never say any weak point that can be negative for selection.Choose one in such a way that is not connected to job requirement directly, and one thing more always tell them about your efforts you are doing to overcome your weekness.

You may say that ur communication skill needs still improvement and you are making improvements by reading english newspapers, articles etc.
See it depend on type of job also.If u r going for a call center job where it is must that you should have excellent communication skill, then you can't speak it there.

One of the way of answering this question could be:
Say that you don't have major weakness that would affect the work.It's a very good sugestion given by jainbrijesh. Whatever you say be careful in not mentioning any major weakness. Mention any minor things and also conclude by saying this with a positive point may be you took it as a learning attitude and working on that.

Never tell a weakness which will hurt the company .tell weakness which may be beneficial for the company.
Like sometimes i push the people to work hard.
Or say iam bit emotional.
But finally ensure ur employer that any of your weakness will not come in your way in giving the best for your company.
