    How to find the flex fields in Accounts Payable module

    You can refer some book for finding the list of flex fields in account payables or any other financial modules...one common flex field is accounting flexfield that stores charge account combining 6 or 8 segments depending on company requirements and setup

    I do not think account payables has got any key flexfield.General ledger has one flexfield and that is the accounting key flexfield.Accounts receivables has got two Flexfield and that is the sales tax location flexfield and territory flexfield,meanwhile fixed assets have three flexfield,etc

    Trail Balance used only for Total expenses and Total Income,

    Balance sheet used only for Current year incurred Profit and loss of company status

    Services is centralised all over india & Services tax 10 % on bill value and Education cess 3% on service tax,

    Services tax payable to govt on or before 5th of monthly, We have to pay service tax when we have get the payment from client, other wise we have not paid tax only
