My flat file has data having 4 rows for one record identified by first character. Like
A763478hdfjhgdf7634563hsjfhsdh
B763478yerty747875hdgfh
C763478 e78745874857hdjfd
Here A is identifier of first 4 column B for next 3 and C is for next 3 column of same record. How can I make a transformatin so that these 3 rows goes to a single record.

Almost question is also in the similar way.... Need more clarity and description for the question. He is telling firstly 4 rows, then he wants to load 3 rows into 1 row.
