Thread: Has anyone faced this Situation

What are the diffculties faced by team members if two projects managers or two team leaders of same project gets married and manage the project. Have anyone faced any practical diffciulties

Yes. I have faced it in one of my project.One of the problem wuld be they wuld have ego clashes and this would turn on the team members and the ball lie on the team members to handle the situation carefully.

I think more than the Team Members, it is these Managers who will get affected.
