I completed my MBA in electronic commerce from the Institute of Management Studies, Davv, Indore in the year 2007. I worked as a web developer in a small software company located in Noida (U.P), India. But the problem was that I was feeling highly insecure in that company. I was unable to adapt myself to the working environment. I was unable to handle pressure. I was mixing my personal life with professional life. I could not cope up with the pressure. finally, I left that company. Now, I am in Pune. I need a job in IT stream only. I am still a fresher. I need a good career counselling. Plz help...

I don't understand why you choose programming after cimpleting MBA. To go in IT you need to select any particular language along with one database and have to master the trade.
