    I have compleated B.Tech 2006 passout, which field i have to choose and opening about mainframes and how much experiecne i have to keep

    What do you mean by how much exp you keep ? To get a decent job you must have good knowledge of the subject and atleast 2 yrs of exp in the concerned field.
