Thread: Please Suggest what would be a better option

I have completed by B.Com in Oct 2006, I have an overall experience of 2 years 11 months in BPO/ITES, I want to move out of this industry, Please Suggest what would be a better option ? I am working as a Sr. Analyst in a Service Desk which is a part of IT Infrastructure, Please Suggest if there;s any course which I can do which would help me in management side?

If you want to go for management side then go for MBA. A full time course is always better ,but if you want to continuye working u have the option of going for distance education also.

Try to visit NIIT imperia it is at Babu khan estate, Basheer bagh. and meet the consoler i think they are offering some good management courses which are affiliated to IIM.
