Help Choose between Satyam Computers and Cognizant Technologies

HI,

Iam currently working as a consultant in CA, U.S.A . I recently applied for job and got two full-time job offers. They are Satyam Computers and Cognizant Technologies. Both are paying good. So, my problem is which one to choose between this two company.

Please give me suggestions and advices to choose my career. Which offers a growth in my career.
