assistant manager in shipping corporation or software engineer

hi,
i have got one offer from govenment company( shipping corporation of india) for the post of assistant manager with pay scale 10750-300-16500 (before 6th pay commission).

currently i am in software company(MNC) & working on C#.NET with about 1 yr of experience.

if i join shipping corporation i will be getting almost double salary after 6th pay commission (and 9k before 6th pay commission) and i will be posted in mumbai.

could u please suggest me what should i do?

I cleared the written test In SCI For Assistant Manger Post. Can u plz tell me about the GD, interview process.What were the GD topics they gave to you at that time and what type of interview questions they asked you.
