you refer one famous mostly using book "QUANTITATIVE APPTITUTE" written by "R.S.AGGARWAL".
this book covers all those things for an entrance exam level.

You can refer R.S.Agarwal's Quantitavive Aptitude as well as Verbal one...And for puzzles you can refer Shankuthala Devi's book...And go through the previous sample papers of the company which you are going to attend.
