Good One
Suppose there are 4 guys wearing caps on their head(Either black or white)
All 4 knows there are only 2 white caps and 2 black caps only
---------------|--------------------------------------------
-- Black-------|---White--------- Black---------- White
----A>--------|----< B---------- < C-------------< D
Sign of arrow shows the direction in which they are looking.
There is a wall after the first guy.He cannot see beyond that wall. And the other three cant c beyond that wall.
These guys can see only in direction of arrow. Not behind and not above.
These guys can see the color of caps of guys standing in front of them but cannot c the color of their own cap and the color of cap of guy standing behind dem.
Now the guy who tells the color of cap on his head wud be rewarded and the remaining three will be killed. If someone tells wrong all four will be killed
Now who will speak first?
Everyone wants to save himself!!

Re: Good One
Here is my answer for this question...
Man C waiting for the voice for the Person D.
Because D can see both B and C caps. If D didn't tell anything then it means A and B have different color caps. Because If A and B have the same color then he can easily find out the cap of his own.
So C waiting for D's voice, if he didn't tell anything then he easily told his own cap color because he can see the B's cap color.
