Really didn't understand what you meant by "simple sum which is correct". Can you please elaborate?

All that I understand is
1) Simple Sum of numbers from 1 to 9.
2) All numbers should be used.
3) All numbers should appear only once.
I think there is more to it.
If there is nothing more to it, then the answer is
1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8+9=45.
Simple sum, all numbers used and used only once.
In your sum the number 4 and 5 are used twice....
Result part number also unique..

I think if i told like this u can understand..."can you make a easy sum?" or "can you make a small sum?" or simply "can you make a sum?".
Anyway, i hope that now you can clear....try to solve the puzzle...
