How to add color coding to the reports

hi ,
I have a cross tab my condition is if Revenue > 10000000 then display the color is green
else red.
how can i get it
can any body please help me

we can go for formating tab and we can apply ' alerts ' so that we can apply the colors and messages for the required conditions.
