Thumbnails are missing!

Hi all!

When I've installed the LoadRunner I've got the thumbnails, but suddenly I can't see them after recording, but this would be quite usefull for me.

Could anybody tell me what can be the problem?
(as I checked the settings are good)

I've seen that problem with LoadRunner 8.1 FP3. If this is the version you have, you may need to contact HP Software support to get a patch.
