1.If programer handle both checked and unchecked exceptions why and explain?

Handling Exceptions are the way not to stop the execution of a system. If we got any problem other than Error Like OutOfMemeory/StackOverFlow. you can work with it.

Checked exceptions are handled so that you can ensure that the program execution continues in case there any condition such as invalid input from the user , or loosing database connection etc occures.
Unchecked exceptions are handled so that in case there is any bug or error left in the program while codign , the program can still execuet and such condition can be traced .
