Thread: can 2 excel sheets be compared by using file_compare statement

Or any other statement is used to compare 2 excel sheets?

File_Compare can be used to compare 2 excel sheets provided the data is sorted and in the same order in both the sheets.

I mean incase data order is different in both the sheets, comparision will fail. Also double-clicking on Results viewer for a failed comparison, would open up Windiff I suppose. For this you would have to include both the files in the .ini file of windiff.
