    Depends upon ur subnet mask. if subnet mask is 255.0.0.0 then both ip's are on same network. otherwise you have to calculate according to subnet mask.

    No I am Not Sure that We are in same n/w or not. First Check your Subnet Mask. If that is same, then We are in same N/w.

    It all About Subnetting.

    10.1.1.60
    255.255.255.192
    Range: 10.1.1.0 (Host Ip: 10.1.1.1----10.1.1.62) Brodcast: 10.1.1.63

    So If we assume this Condition then 10.1.1.65 is out of Range.
