Well, there can be checklists for almost everything in life.
E.g. Travel Checklist, Bank Visit Checklist, S/W Installation Checklist, S/W Test Preconditions/Postconditions Checklists.
It is prepared by the person to whom it matters and would contain short notes of each item/factor that remind him of what to check for before confirming/finishing the activity.
Lack of WILL POWER has caused more failure than
lack of INTELLIGENCE or ABILITY.
