    I cannot capture new window.

    When I log in to the application, a new window appears but I cannot capture the new window, This is a java application, I have java addins
    can anybody help

    One reason that comes in my mind is that, the new window that is talked about, is not a java window. It may have been developed in some other tool as part of a NON-END-TO-END development techniques.

    Your development team would be able to help you better.
