hi anchal
it all depends on you!Afterall its your life and you should decide.
After your B.tech you have many choices.
it seems that you are interested in higher studies!you can either go for M.Tech or MBA.Each Has its own advantages.
Eg if you take M.Tech, then you can gain better knowledge in your stream.
But many prefer working after completing their B.TEch.Probably because working somewhere helps you know better about the industry, your field etc.
Being a CS student you may be interested in programming job. What else other than working somewhere and handling a project can do good to you!
Even if you want to do MBA(from outside India, iam not sure you are intrested or not),they ask for some experience!
So choice is yours!

NEVER SAY DIE.
Well Anchal, since you are a computer science engineer, I don't see any point in going for MTech. Believe me what they teach there in 1.5-2 years, you can learn on your own in less than an year. Moreover, if you directly go for jobs, you will learn much more.
Now, even after you finish your MTech, your salaries won't increase substantially. (Like you'll get 20-30% more than a fresh BE candidate of that year. And most of the companies offer around 30%/annum hikes or more in the first two years of you service there. Even if you see this way, you are loosing! But ofcourse there are exceptions, like if you do MTech in IIT, there is a possibility that you'll get much better pay than others as better companies come there for recruitment.
My suggestion is if you are interested in working in Technical field, you are better off joining a company right away after you finish your BE as getting a job in the current market is very very easy. (Who knows what will be the state after 3-5 years?).
As far as MBA is concerned, only if you are interested in management field you can go for it. Usually MBA graduates draw much higher salary than Engineers.
I might have been incoherent there, hence if you need any clarifications on anything I typed, feel free to ask. For now, study well, score well and have loads of fun!
Cheers!
