    Converting batch CICS environment

    Am I correct when I tell someone that I need hands on experience converting batch CICs environment to DB2? a college buddy of mine pointed out that I have the wrong terminology, instead of CICS I should be asking about VSAM,
    pls help, Carmine

    Yes.. Data resides in vsam or DB2 .. not CICS .
