    Half-pint of cream

A half-pint of cream is what part of a gallon?

    Re: Half-pint of cream

    From my diary's conversions page:

    1/2 pint = 10 fluid ounces
    10 fluid ounces = 1/16 gallon. (0.0625)

And for what it's worth - down with Colonialism and Imperial measurements! I'm sure there's enough Aussies and Indians here... go for Metric and win independance from the oppression of Imperial schemes forever!

(But... let's keep hold of pints for ordering drinks. "600 mils of Guinness, thanks" doesn't quite sound right.)
