Give some other useful clue..Becuase i searched in google "what is intercal programmig language". I can't get anything to relate this puzzle.

Finally i got the answer....Fifth man name is james bond.

Solution:

Look at the following words....

Wow => Ist sentence
Whirlpool => 2nd sentence
mesh => 3rd sentence
money =>4th sentence

If you look at the intercal character for each word, you can get the following

!,@,#,$. These character having keyboard keys 1,2,3,4. So next person is 5 and his symbol is % and the intercal name is double-oh-seven which means james bond.

But with out given clues it is never easy to find the answer...
