you have given time of one day for testing the application but for testing that application it will take 3to 4 days but it is urgent you have to test the whole functionality, validations every things in one day then what type of Testing we use to complete the testing in one day?

Risk Analysis is required for this situation and then we will prefer to test the most risky and the functionality which are most visible to users first.

The best you can do is -

Define all the critical functionalities, assign priorities to them and then move on testing in a very disciplined way. Do not panic...

If possible involve some developers as well.

It is impossible to test everything in one day so you need to prioritise the test.Criteria to prioritise include severity,probability,,priority of the requirements,error proneness(i.e, most complex likes to fail and will also take longer time) and the frequency of change.
