1 where do u see urself after 5 years after joining the organization
2 what are ur major strenght and weakness
3 where do u lag behind
4 what is ur ideal company,location

Where do u see yourself 5 years after now??

Reassure your interviewer that ur looking to make a long term commitment..that this position entails exactly what ur looking to do and what you do extremely well. As of your future ,you believe that if you perform each job at hand with excellence,future opportunities will take care of yourselves.

What are ur strengths and weakness??

Prior to any interview ,u shd have a list mentally prepared of ur greatest strenghts.U shd also specify example or two which examples each of ur strength,an example chosen from ur most recent and most impressive achievement.

good comunication skills
honesty...integrity
confident
high level of motivation
dedication


weakness:: Instead of confessing ur weakness, describe wht u like most and like least,making sure that u like most matches up with the most imp qualification for success in the position, and wht u like least is not essential.

Wht is ur ideal company,location??

I think the right answer is to describe wht this company is offering, being sure to make ur answer believable with specific reasons, stated with sincerity, why each quality represented by this opportunity is attractive to u.

plz tell me the perfect way of answer of the quest that tell my about urself?and where do u see urself 5 years after now.

Always start with you full name, then your educational Qalifications ,additional qualifications, You cuurent job with organisation name..and wat you are looking forward to?
Five years from now never say name of the positon rather say that you'll be in a responsible positions taking care of the important responsibilities and also utilising your skills in developing people . And also if you are taking care of the current responsibilities future opportunities will take care of itself.
