    Open the Tool,go to Help->About Quick Test Professional option,it will give u the version details.

    To find the version of the currently installed QTP in ur system,First you open the QTP and kindly go to the Help menu there in the list u will find "About Mercury QuickTest Professional" click on it u will get the version of the QTP that is installed in your system.
