QTP is not recognizing Application

I am working on Oracle E business suite application and i need to automate it using QTP 9.0
I have installed java and oracle (ver 8.2) add-ins
I have made neccessary changes in Registry also.
But still QTP is not recognizing Application
Pls help and send me script for editing oracle
