Protocol used for Integrated Desktop Application

Hi anna, could you help by consulting your colleagues with the below mentioned problem it’s a desktop integrated application where we have 13-14 different application (.net, java, oracle) loaded with single sign on. Could any one suggest me the protocol(s) used for this application on load runner? clicked on the .exe (on my desktop) application gets loaded with
a) security alerts
b) security information
c) launcher
d) leagal notice
e) log on to windows
f) starting pwinfusiontest (citrix metaframe)
g) ssh connect
h) oracle forms runtime
i) integrated desktop

Hi
In the recording options select Application Type as Win32 applications for all desktop applications
