this is a billing format

sno monthly amount piad due total due
[monthly -amount paid] [ monthly+ due+ total due]
1 150 10 140 140

2. 150 0 290 290

3. 150 0 440 440

so on. how we will do in access, i have done but only it correct with two month

Access is old and boring. Use SQL (postgre, mysql,..) anyone of them should work. first, create table, then use select-from-where clause to get ur information. I think its easy.
