I have an excel sheet that has testcases, I want to upload the excel sheel containing test cases into Quality Center and Test Director

Please give me step-by-step procedure for doing the same in both QC and TD

First u install the excel add ins present in QC/TD,then you will get the option upload to TD of ur excel sheet under tools.Then click on tools..then rest is self explanatory u follow the steps u will find.
Give the path name in QC,in which folder structure u want to keep ur test cases in a column for each test case.

Hi,

I am importing testcases written in word document into test director. I add the add-ins and click on testdirector option in the word document testcases. In that it is showing a open requirement and close requirement. When I click on that, then only it is possible for me to upload my test cases.It is showing successfully uploaded, but when I go to the test director, the test cases is not there. and I would maintain all in a folder too. I am new in this. please help me to understand what will I do next.
