Hello all, this is the first coding contest .. 1st winner will get 1gb pen drive and the 2nd winner will get 512mb pen drive as gift mailed to their home or office address.

create , read, write xml files in any of your favorite programming language or database.

Submission start date : Today
Submission end date : 21st Dec 2006

Winners will be announced on 1st Jan 2007.

Rules:
1. All must be original and on your own.
2. You must have working version of the code along with the following.

• introduction
• screen shots
• source code
• step by step instructions with explanation
• conclusion
• about you

3. All the articles will be published @ geekinterview learning series and members will rate, comment. We will use the ratings to decide the winner.

4. Pick your own programming language.

5. Format should be in word document with screen shots and any images.

6. Only articles that meets standards will be published for review. Please make sure to correct any grammar and spelling mistakes.

7. We reserve the right to publish on geekinterview and related sites under network with your name as author. Send me a note when you have code ready or reply here .. I will send you details how you can submit.

If you are interested, reply here with the language you will be coding. feel free to ask me if you have any questions.

NOTE : Gifts are subject to availability, In case of non-availability of the the above mentioned Gift, The same shall be replaced with a suitable one.
