Re: bugs

hi keerthika,

High Priority and High severity

For ex: take our forum if the admin grants rights for the user and though he is not able to login or post any thread then it is high priority and high severity

low priority and low severity

If there is spelling mistake in the page for ex: material information is spelled incorrectly as materal information the client can understand the label named is misspelled and he can continue the process with out any difficulties then it is low priority and low severity

Thanks
Deepasree

Re: bugs

Hi,

It is better u to first of all know the meaning of Priority and Severity.

Priority - how fast the bug need to be fixed(like very urgent)

Severity - what type the bug is? (Fatal,Serious,Minor or Cosmetic)
