Problem in learning GUI object

I am new to automated testing. I am facing a problem while learning GUI objects which are placed on a frame not on a window. I am testing a java based desktop application. Is there any add-ins are required for this?

Yes you need java add-in for this to be done. Or u have to make winrunner learn every individual object.
