    the standard format for writing test cases is IEEE829
    the columns included in a test case are

    Test Case ID, Title,Step No,Test Step,Expected Result,Actual Result,Test Step result

    And also templetes for Test cases, Test Strategy, Test Scenario, Test Plan....... its very urgent

    the standard procedure for writing the testcases is given byIEEE as follows.
    testcase specification identifier.
    test items
    testcase input specifications
    testcase output specifications
    test envirnoment setup
    test procedural requirements.
    the test case template is like this
    project id,test case id,testcase,description,expected value,actual value,status,bug,rounds1,round2,round3.
