    scenario: Testing internal Forum

    hi.. friends

I have a scenario here to test an internal forum

There are certain things i have taken into account, if some validation or test case are missing please guide me....

    1. The user should be regsitered in the site

    2. The user login should be approved by the administrator

    3. The user can post the queries

    4. Initially we have to create multiple logins - so that one can post the question and other answer for the question

    5. Moderators or registered members of the site can answer for our the posted questions

    Thanks in advance,
    deepasree

    Hi Deepasree,

    You can add these conditions

    a) User needs to be addressed as Junior member , Contributing member , Expert member depending up the use of threads or post maintained by them.Eg as in Geek forum

    b) Make sure Threads are not repeated, this is to improve the quality of
    forum

    c) The thread or posting should be validated by moderator before it is viewed by other mebers

These conditions could be applied as test cases only forum is developed to reasonable number of members

    Happy Learning,
