    How to Evaluate

    If the interviewer asks the person attending the interview to rate him that is the interviewer. How must one answer this? Does the person actually need to give the rating or give an answer to avoid this? If so in what best way the answer can be given for this situation.

    There are various ways to answer this question. But I could give you some inputs which you could use for answering. They are namely:
    You can say that the interviewer made the situation and environment easy which helped you to answer the most difficult question also easily. You could also say that the questions posed by the interviewer very though provoking and made you think. You could also say that the interviewer had given you a picture about the whole job so clearly that if selected you would be able to fit in comfortably to start the work and do the best in it.
