    College degree vs. on-the-job training

How you feel about college degree vs. on-the-job training?

Do you think it is fair to the people that spent their time in college doing all this studying and extra work?

Do you think a college person would be the more experienced one in the long run?

In short term the job training is good but for long term college degree is best.
