Is it a good option for a BCA grudate to go for Oracle

I have completed my BCA in 2003. And since then I am working in BPOs. Recently I joined an IT co. in support function. Actually I want to go for Oracle 11i. So i want to know do companies hire BCA grduated in oracle or companies require only MCA? Means is it a good option for a BCA grudate to go for oracle or not?
