    It real "No"

    Because only ECP is not enough to write test case, it generally work with BVA.

    It is very hard to validate the equivlence class with one test case. However, it depends on the condition, environment and the method how the application is to be tested. If it is possible to cover all the available scenario with one test case then it is fine, you can write one one test case for valid equivalence class
