Mask Cursor from bitmap image checkpoint

I have a screen with a cursor in it. Sometimes it passes the checkpoint, sometimes it doesnt, it all depends on whether the cursor is there or not. I captured it without the cursor, so I want to know how I can match the screen. (in Robot I could mask out a portion of the screen - is there a similar feature in QTP).

    Hi
use CaptureBitmap method and compare the 2 files (binary)
    syntax:
    object.CaptureBitmap FullFileName, [OverrideExisting]
    example:
    Browser("Google").Page("Google").CaptureBitmap "C:\Temp\Yan.bmp",True
