    Rational Functional Tester

    Hi Friends,

    I am using Rational Functional Tester 7.0.for automating a web based application.
    My problem is a page in the application takes too long time(say 10 mins) to load all the objects on that page. Now I want to verify some control on that page even if it is not in readystate.

    The Error comes as:

    Looking for [GuiTestObject(Name: html_tagclouds, Map: tagclouds)] with state

    [ENABLED|VISIBLE|READY], possible failing candidate[{.id=tagclouds, .title=,

    .classIndex=1}] with incorrect state [LOADED]

    Thanks

    you can use waitForExistence for object as below to wait until a particular object is available as below:

    ().waitForExistence();

    There are also other implementations available for this, you can type ctrl + to get autocompletion & help.
