Thread: Debug in QTP

Hi guys
I am new in qtp. i have downloaded qtp 8.2. And i was trying to use debug drop down but all commands( step into, breakpoint so on...) are disable. How can i enable them and used them.

These options will be shown enable while Script Execution (Playback).

Are you using the trial version?
If you download from mercury (now HP) site, it will give you 15 days trial version. this does not have all the features.

StepInto, StepOver & StepOut are available during Script Execution as Sycho pointed out. However, you can put breakpoints during Script Creation.
