Can anyone explain me concept of Recovery Scenario Manager.

Hello, first recovery scenario means what? once suppose the test script is running and a popup appears. So this is a scenario, from which we need to recover. But our script does not know this, so it stops there. For this type of scenario, we write special handling so as what the script has to do in situations like this. This is called as recovering from a scenario. Second in qtp we have a wizard called as recovery scenario manager, which can handle 4 types of scenarios. They are 1) popup 2) a different state of object 3) run error and 4) application crash. We provide different solutions, so as what the script has to do. This is all about recovery scenario manager

test engineers use these concepts to change from abnormal state of test execution to normal state of test executionwith out interruption, until getting the complete results.
