Use Action Parameters

hi there...
i have script in "Action1" like..
x=5 ; y=5;
z= x*y
in "Action2"
i have
total=z*10
so i need to make z as an action parameter and i need to call it in the Action2
so how to call the action parameter
can anybody help me in this regard

1. In Action Settings of Action1 define z as an Output Parameter.

2. In Action2 use the following Code
total = Parameter("z") * 10

Another way you can do this, with less effort is:

Public Function testFunc(x,y)
z = x*y
total = z*10
testFunc = total
End Function
