Can We put Commit and Roll back commands in Triggers?

Autonomous triggers can contain COMMIT and ROLLBACK statements
but regular tiggers does not contain commit and rollback statements

Use autonomous triggers for the purpose. Commit and Rollback is not permitted in normal triggers.
