1.if a developer doesnt accept the bug even after giving screen shot and detailed explanation,first report to the pm and if needed arrange a meeting regarding this issue.
2. Quality factors are divided into 2 categories [b][u]development oriented[/u][/b] modifiability portability reusability testability [b][u]usage oriented[/u][/b] auditability capacity configurability correctness dependability efficiency interoperability look and feel performance utility/usability
