In general Test Cases are not executed one day before dead line.So this scenario never occurs.If occurs ADHOC testing is the only solution.

If there are 100 test cases to be executed before the deadline and the deadline is also stiff, then in this we can do any or all of the following:
- to review or verify all the test cases and can analyze whether all the test cases to be inorder such that quality of the software is not affected. After analyzing we can ignore some of the test cases which were not critical
- Estimate the time line for executing the test cases and execute those which take more time and towards the end the simpler test cases can be executed at faster mode
- To divide among the team members who are capable of working in those test cases, ie., cross utilizing
- If the system is stable then there is no problem in executing only the critical test cases which affects major functionalities. If the system fluctuates it is better to execute all the test cases either very fastly or to extend beyond the deadline

As you are saying all TCs are important, tell them to extend project dead line for 2 weeks.
If they don't do that, enjoy the rest of your time and tell them, we did our best with the time in hand, but there WILL be UAT/Production defects.
Seriously, do this and teach them the importance of testing activities.

If the Deadline is 'Tomarrow' ,you just execute those Test cases in the 100,which cover the major functionality of the application.That will work in this type of situations.
