QTP has been installed on my pc but recently ON opening it is giving this error
Please reply it is urgent it was working fine

Did u load a software recently???
sometimes load of a new incompatible software may damage the instruction flow...
or u might have a faulty RAM.
if u loaded the software recently ...jus unload it and see what happens..
if it is really Ram related problem...
