The answer is
For PLASTER the code is 45.5
This is because the letters position value are added and divided by two to get the code value.
That is for DISTAMPER = (4+9+19+20+1+13+16+5+18)/2=52.5
For WALLS = (23+1+12+12+19)/2=33.5
Similarly for PLASTER = (16+12+1+19+20+5+18)/2=45.5
