The Quality characteristic not listed in ISO 9126 is - Supportability.

ISO 9126 lists the following Quality Characterisitics -
1) Functionality
2) Usability
3) Maintainability
4) Reliability
5) Efficiency
6) Portability

This standard has evolved from the previously used charactersitics popularly called as FURPS - That included Supportability.
